There on St. Patrick's Day so it was PACKED!! But even with a long line got in within 20 minutes. Service was still top-notch. Food came out quick and was excellent Irish fare. Would love to visit when it was less crazy.

In town for a conference. This place came up when I Googled Irish pubs. Don’t be put off by the flashing lights and loud noise from all the other Vegas/Nashville-like bars that crowd 5th Street in the Gaslamp district. Once you step inside, you are kind of sort of, in an Irish pub. They pour a proper Guinness. The fish and chips were top-notch. (Skip the coleslaw. I don’t think it’s made in house anyway. Probably bought from some restaurant supplier.) But the fish and chips and Guinness were awesome.

It was an all around great experience. My husband and I went there on the first Tuesday of the month and it just so happened to be their trivia night! It was so much fun (even though we came in last lol). It was challenging and fun! Everyone was so friendly and attentive. We got a couple of their mix drinks and a scotch egg, along with a chicken sandwich and shepherds pie. All of it was awesome! We liked it so much we came back the next night for a couple of beers and a scotch egg. Great atmosphere to get off your feet and relax. Listen to some Irish folk music and current music with sports on the tv. We will definitely be coming back when we go back to San Diego! Don’t skip with place!

This place has an authentic Irish Pub atmosphere. The decor fits the theme of the pin and there is a long wooden bar with lots of spirits and liquor behind it. We ate a delicious meal. I really enjoyed the sausage and mash. Traditional flavors that reminded me of Ireland. My wife ordered the Shepherd's Pie and said it was fantastic. We were there on a Friday night and the place was starting to fill up. Of course the Padres were playing nearby and many of the people were pre and post game patrons. Great place for drinks or a hearty meal.

This was our 2nd time, and the food was just as wonderful as last time. Make sure you come hungry! So many great things to try. My favorite is the Irish sampler, a little bit of everything. The fish was light & perfectly cooked (the tartar sauce with the kick of dill is how I make it at home & amazing), the bangers & mash were spot on. We completely over ate to try dessert & it was also wonderfully delicious.
