Charade Speakeasy

We went here on a Monday night for Jazz. You enter through a normal bar, and at the back, there is this little gem. Its a tiny space, but filled with talented people. I think they do a different gerne every day and Monday was a Jazz night. The audience is also the players! So someone sitting next to you might be the most talented person ever. We had amazing time. I will also share some videos from last night. If you like jazz definitely go here on mondays. I dont know the rest of the schedule so ypu have to check their instagram.

As avid speakeasy goers we love to try new places. We found Charade and came in as a walk-in and sat at a ling table in the center of the room which was pretty close to our neighbors. If you're looking for privacy I recommend making a reservation and asking for a seat on the sides of the room. The shows happen every 30 minutes and they are so much fun! The first show was Jessica Rabbit esque and really good!! The second show was an elderly couple and the wife cea out of a birthday cake and dances to Rihanna's "Cake" it was one of the funniest things I have ever seen. Highly recommend! Honestly, I can't even remember the quality of the drinks because I was so focused on the show. I definitely need to go back!

Cassandra and Chloe were AMAZING!!!!! Such incredible attitudes and customer service. Their abilities to multi task were so genuinely impressive. It felt personable and well managed. The magic show was so fun!! Good job, everyone!!

What a cool experience! We had the legendary burgers at The Balboa and then drinks at Charades. From the performance to the staff, the experience was perfect. The drinks, specifically the cold 6000, was my favorite drink of the night. Highly recommended!

I hosted a private, black tie after party with a DJ at Charades and it was the perfect venue. I love the style of the space, the staff was accommodating and awesome, and the event itself was a smashing success. Great sound system, the projectors add amazing ambiance, and all the infrastructure to support a great party. Highly recommend this place!
