Amazing experience. Lupe did an amazing job. He was competent, truly waited our table, and made us feel so special. He went above and beyond and provided us a complimentary brulee cheesecake, which ended our stay with such a beautiful flavor.. Loved every bit of it. Went here for our 10 year anniversary and it was such a wonderful time. The meats were perfectly cooked and the variety was great. Everything felt very clean. Lupe was kind and always checked on us and refilled our water. I never saw him rest once. Thank you Lupe!

Fay and Josh were amazing and so attentive. You can tell this isn't Fay's first rodeo and is a true professional! It was my first experience at a Brazilian for my boyfriends birthday and they made it a great experience. Id be lucky to come back and definitely recommend it to friends

What an amazing birthday dinner at Fogo De Chao! It was my first time at any of the restaurants and not the food and service were phenomenal. Constant check-ins from the servers and so very attentive and kind. Sylvia was our host and waitress for the night and she made our dining experience incredible — full of laughter and just straight vibes. Every time we didn’t have something at our table? She would go check the kitchen and start timing them, and we’d all do the same with her (lovingly of course)! Overall, an excellent experience at the SD location. Will definitely be back for special occasion dinners. Top tier service with top tier food; made every cent spent worth it. Thank you and shoutout to Sylvia once again!

First, I want to be clear, this is not a complaint about the food. The food itself was good, as expected. However, the service was far below what I’ve experienced during prior visits to Fogo. Even though our table cards were turned to green, and there were multiple meat servers circulating the dining room, we did not receive timely service and this was before the dinner rush. One guest at our table was seated in a corner and was barely offered any meat at all because the gauchos simply didn’t stop by. For a birthday dinner totaling around $700, this was incredibly disappointing. When we ordered drinks, they were not brought out promptly. We had to ask a second and third time before receiving them. We also requested queso fresco and waited approximately 20 minutes for it to arrive. That said, I do want to recognize Silvia, a busser who was absolutely amazing. She noticed we needed assistance with plates and drinks and stepped in immediately without us even having to ask. She was attentive, kind, and truly saved the experience from being worse. Leslie, one of the floor managers, also made an effort to assist us and even offered a discount, which we appreciated (though it wasn’t necessary). Her acknowledgment of the situation meant a lot. Unfortunately, when we attempted to get the attention of Humberto, the main manager, as he walked through the dining area multiple times, we were ignored. That added to the frustration, especially once the restaurant became fully busy and we were left relying mainly on Silvia and Leslie for support. I strongly believe that when service is great, the food tastes even better. But when service falls short, it makes it very difficult to justify paying this amount for a special occasion, especially a birthday dinner. Very disappointed, and I truly hope this location improves because past experiences have set a much higher standard.

We've been here before and it was good but some of the meats were dry and not seasoned. This time everything was PREFECT! Fresh meats, very well seasoned and fresh sides and bread kept coming along with the meats. Our Server Jason was the best, very attentive and had a Great attitude. Highly recommend!
