Wonderland Ocean Pub

What a pleasant surprise! Recommended by a local friend, we made our way to Ocean Beach. First, the views…second to none. Literally embodies California beach vibe. Located on the second floor and with wall to wall windows, it is a perfect ocean sunset viewing location. Second, it is LOUD. It is a bar and grill, and we went on St. Patrick’s Day. It was energetic and fun - not for quiet conversation. My taco was great - really good tortilla - and service was pleasant, even on a busy evening. My friend and I both agreed we would return.

We unintentionally went to this place for brunch because OB surf Lodge was an hour long wait. And I'm so glad we did! I had not been to this bar in a few years and completely forgot how Chic it has become! Plenty of seating and gorgeous uncomparable ocean views for any meal! They weren't serving their brunch menu because it was New Year's Day so we just ordered from their lunch menu but it was still very tasty and great way to start the new year. I will definitely be back. Great spot for good food and good ocean views!

Really enjoyed my mussels and oysters here last night! The staff was very friendly and did a great job with how busy it was. The collaborative atmosphere of celebrating the sunset was very cute. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in San Diego

Great place! The view is stunning! There’s a traditional sunset toast nightly. The food is great and a good selection of beers and drinks. Happy hour deals are great. My go tos are the fish tacos, guacamole, and ceviche.

Great seafood with a view. Many other options available. There is indoor, outside and dog seating (downstairs) available. We sat upstairs during the OB Farmers Market and the activity on the lawn was great. I ordered the tuna wrap, it was huge. My wife had the clam chowder bowl. Both were delicious and served timely. The waitress really knew the menu well when we asked for suggestions. As the temperature dropped they closed the windows to keep the cool breeze at bay.
