We loved our visit to Rosemarie’s! The staff is super friendly & helpful. They were very attentive to us & we appreciated that. Best burger we’ve had on this trip too plus the fries!!!! A lot of places will do one or the other well - Rosemarie’s knocks both out of the park. For me, one slider was perfect but my guy ate two. He liked the Bombay Chicken a lot. I had the standard Rosemarie classic. The dipping sauce they gave us for the fries was top notch & I can also say the fried Brussels we ordered also were the best I’ve had in a LONG time. Highly recommend

My husband and I have been living in Mission Beach for 2 years and have just went to this place for the first time last night. It has been on my list just didn't have the chance to go. I've heard many great things, and was very surprised that this burger joint lived up to its hype! All of their burgers come in sliders, which is essentially a mini burgers they recommend ordering at least two per person which I would say is a perfect size. My husband ordered three and he was overly full afterwards. We also ordered one of their specialty spicy elotr french fries which was amazing! I ordered the little munchies and their award winning Rosemaries burger. My husband ordered the Nashville hot burger and the crab burger and also the Rosemaires burger. He was very impressed and loved all three of his burgers. He joked that it was good we just found this place now because he would be a regular here and that would not be good for his diet! Honestly I was so impressed by the quality this place definitely serves up some amazing burgers and I would put them in the top three of my all-time favorite burger spots! There is limited seating inside and outside but a really cute intimate casual dining spot. And the service is amazing, I didn't catch her name but she was really hospital and really welcoming I was really impressed. Overall 10 out of 10 recommend this place if you're looking for burgers in the area!

My husband and I went to Rosemary’s Burgers for happy hour after specifically wanting to try the happy hour sliders and were told they no longer offer that. We then asked our server to explain the differences between the burgers. She told us they are all Wagyu burgers, and when my husband asked about the Classic, she described it as “basically like a Big Mac.” We ordered the Little Sal, the Classic and onion rings. The onion rings came out first and were actually good. A few minutes later our burgers arrived very quickly but after the first bite I immediately noticed there was no beef flavor — mostly just jam and toppings to flavor the burger. I asked my husband how his was and he said it didn’t taste like Wagyu at all even with the double patty. When I tried his burger I noticed water leaking all over the plate. The texture and flavor made it seem like the patties had already been cooked well ahead of time, stored in a holding container, and then simply reheated before being placed on buns with different toppings to create the various burger styles. Both burgers were well done, old tasting, and lacked the rich flavor you would expect from fresh Wagyu beef. In the end, our server was exactly right when she compared the Classic to a Big Mac — because it honestly tasted like a fast-food style burger that had been mass prepared early in the morning and left waiting for customers to come in hours later. The meat tasted old, watery, and flavorless.

Was so excited to try these burgers since I've heard nothing but good things. Made my way all the way there in mission beach, struggled to fund parking on a Sunday evening around 6:45 pm. We walked in and asked stood at the counter for a minute before any of the employees acknowledged us, then the girl at the register turned around and with a big smile on her face said "we're out of burgers tonight." We looked at her for a moment because we thought she was joking and then she said "yeah sorry". We thought she was joking because of the eay she said it smiling but she was serious.. so then her tone was kind of rude.. it was uncomfortable the way we just stood there with the menus.. We sat down ans skimmed the menu but decided we wanted burgers.. so we decided to leave. I think running out is a great sign for business but the way interaction and delivery of this bad news was uncomfortable and a bit contradicting.. I wouldn't go through the trouble of coming out here fighting for parking and trying again if especially if I'm risking them running out of burgers..

Update to review: we dined again & enjoyed the elote fries. They were so good, had a nice kick to them & were filling. Great experience here at Rosemarie's! It's a walk up type shack, menu posted on the door but they also have hand-held menus. They do sliders (which are not small). You get two sliders, which also you to mix and match if you're torn between flavors. I chose to do both of mine as the Nashville Hot Chicken. It was delicious, freshly made and filling. We got one order of fries which was plenty for three people to share (with some leftovers). They have bottled drinks for choices. Limited seating here but well worth the visit! Our timing was perfect and we were able to snag seats. They also have a TV mounted if you're interested in some entertainment. There is also music playing. Overall great vibe, delicious food, friendly staff and prices were decent. Highly recommend!
