Best bar in SD. Best live venue in San Diego. Always playing cult classics on vhs. Heavy pours and heavy riffs!

Decent little dive bar, went to watch some friends play live. The drinks were good at a reasonable price, the bartender friendly. It's a small place but it didn't feel too crowded. The band is called Leavers.

The Tower bar is a historic San Diego dive. It’s literally a tower! Pretty cool exterior aesthetic. This place is divey as hell but it has soul. They’ve got a good beer selection and have a lot of live music, usually harder rock and punk bands. It’s not the most modern or comfortable place but it’s got history, vibes, and a solid bar.

Dive bar work of art. Small dimly lit with stuff all over the walls, a few booths, and movies playing on the TV. Decent beer selection and cheap drinks with a few speciality drinks. Sometimes live music. You'll love it if you love dive bars and/or the punk/metal scene.

Great crowd, bartenders are stretched thin but still manage to be quite fast. Doorman checked me in with this beauty stamp, I didn’t realize until the next day. 🫡
