The food and everything was delicious, service is attentive and always around. I think the only thing I'm not liking is the $18 spinach and parmesan, dip. There's not enough chips to make it $18 as well As dip. Other than that, I love their corn tamales, I don't know why 😅 they are just are so good, that sauce is spot on and of course, The cheesecake is always bombed. 😋😋😋

Service here is always a 10. I got the steak medallion thing, with mashed potatoes, in a wine sauce. The bread is good, my favorite is the sourdough bread. I love the stuffed mushrooms they have. A bit expensive for 6 lol, but really good. The alala vodka sauce was good on my kids pasta. I'd recommend the place, maybe avoid weekends due to lines.

I brought my Mom here for her birthday and we had a wonderful experience! Our server, Jerusalem, was so sweet and attentive with us, and every table near us too. The food was tasty and I specially liked the Fried Zucchini. Happy we picked this place, since we were debating a few options in the area.

Not the same of the big bang theory but pretty good. The atmosphere is a little louder and a lot busier then I was expecting when I walked through the door. We had four very different entrée with very different levels, they all were pretty good. Steak wasn't bad, the bree wasn't bad, the chicken bad and the burgers weren't bad. The cheese cake (tiramisu and triple berry) was top freaking notch. Really saved the experience!

I visited this place on two consecutive days and had an uncomfortable experience with the same staff member who was managing the front tables. Their attitude felt unfriendly and unprofessional. When it was our turn, the way we were called was not pleasant. When we asked questions, the staff member clearly heard us but did not respond, and instead showed an annoyed expression. We had to repeat ourselves several times, which made us feel very uncomfortable. I want to be clear that this feedback is about one person only. Other staff members were polite and kind, and the food and cake were good. I also noticed that many other reviews mention similar service issues, which makes me wonder whether there has been any improvement so far. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve service quality and consistency, especially for customers and foreign tourists.
