Be careful using your cards here. They double charge you so make sure you pay attention and get a receipt. Edit: Have gone back multiple times to get this resolved but they refuse to help. Stay away from this store and go to the other location just down the road.

I want to give a heartfelt thank you to the staff member working alone at this 7-Eleven on June 27th around 11:00 AM. I didn’t get His name, but he was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely helpful. Out of everyone I met during my trip, this person stood out as the absolute best. Your kindness truly made a difference — thank you so much!

This store will say you ordered frozen pizzas when you order them cooked and then act baffled when you come in irate wanting them to cook the pizza. The woman wearing the hijab has zero customer service skills and actually sneered at me for expecting her to make it right. Stay away!

If I could give it zero stars... it would still be too generous. My fiancé and I went in this last Thursday to trade in some lottery tickets. I don't play, but I was going to trade in some for my in-laws. The guy behind the counter started to put them through the computer, and we can see on the screen the amount. It goes up to $45. Although he then proceeds to give us $35. I asked him about it, and he got agitated and told us the computer doesn't "restart" after every customer and threw the tickets at the counter so we could count them ourselves. I went to grab them to look, but then he raised his voice and said we were not allowed to leave with them and that it's store policy for the employees to keep them so he took them back, which at that point I probably should have questioned why he threw them at us in the first place. It had been a long day, and the last thing I wanted to do was fight over something I wasn't super knowledgeable anyway. So long story short, if you don't want your money stolen in front of you BY EMPLOYEES... I would drive a few minutes somewhere else. Not to mention, it's not the cleanest welcoming store anyway 🤷‍♀️

I have came here for so many years and haven't had the best experience I had here yesterday. Wow!!! Nohemi Is her name she had the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. She deserves to be in a place where she is well appreciated not here. But she is the best at my knowledge. She deserves a HUGE RAISE!!!!. Please get more people like her and all the 7-11 will work just fine.
