7-Eleven

My friend bought a phone charger here for $25.98. Not only did it not work, it broke apart the SAME DAY that she bought it. She tried to return it, with the receipt, the SAME DAY that she bought it. She tried to return it to the same cashier from whom she purchased it that day. When she bought it, he spoke English. When she tried to return it, with me as a witness, he suddenly pretended to not speak English beyond claiming that it was store policy not to take back any returns. As I imagine that this store has been ripping off customers like this for some time, my next steps are to write 711 Corporate, the appropriate city and state consumer agencies, and Yelp.

I enjoy coming to this 711, the owner is super nice and is friendly(unless something happens in the store that is not acceptable) The store is clean and pretty neat, they keep their food fresh on the grill. All in all pretty great store to go to by the beaches.

Worst 7/11!! I buy drinks and more here all the time. Gatorade was warm and I asked to get ice in my own cup for the Gatorade and they wouldn’t give me a little freaking Ice????? They wanted to charge me .75 for ice in my own cup for their awful warm Gatorade bottle. Jerk of an owner …DONT go to this 7/11.

What is the name of this employee he doesn't have a name tag on so I don't know his name I thought if you worked at 7-Eleven you have to have a name tag on... This employee is rude and has bad customer service and is very stereotypes to brown and black folks. Some of the other employees that work here also have bad customer service.
