Like every other 711 in downtown closed after 10pm even though it says open 24 hours, theres an employee inside who refuses to work, oh looks like we got to watch out for the owners too! I might just start reporting to the ftc. You guys sent me a link and your account was suspended I wonder why, what a shitty shady business.

I've been coming here for a decade and I'm perplexed about this phenomena.
View on Google ↗Subject: Disrespectful and Unprofessional Experience at 7-Eleven (Bankers Hill Location) I’ve been a loyal 7-Eleven customer for years, but my recent visit to the Bankers Hill location left me deeply disappointed. It seems that some of the store associates have become accustomed to serving a certain type of clientele — and when they encounter someone who looks like me, their professionalism seems to disappear. I was treated with open disrespect and made into the punchline of a joke among staff and customers in line. I have serious concerns that my transaction was intentionally processed incorrectly, possibly to create frustration or drive me to shop elsewhere. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with dignity and discretion, not ridicule. While I understand that poor behavior often comes from ignorance, it’s disheartening to see this kind of treatment in a community as diverse as ours. I won’t respond in kind, because I believe compassion and professionalism are what truly make a difference — but 7-Eleven needs to ensure those values are upheld in every store. View on Google ↗Simply pathetic I stated on the Google maps app. The 7-Eleven stated it was open 24 hours a day and stated open. I want on foot to the store at 5:15 in the morning and it was closed. With a handwritten sign that said closed I do not understand how false advertisement is allowed on these stories it's a various continuous problem with these types of stores 7-Elevens across the state I had to walk amongst all these homeless people people sleeping in front of the doors of the store to go find out that the store wasn't even open and had a normal business hour 5 in the morning
View on Google ↗Says open 24-7, useless store at 4am, not even open, it's my lunch break and is only store at this time that's supposed to be open
