Tajima Ramen in Crown Point has a very well-designed interior that feels stylish yet comfortable, making it a nice place to sit down and enjoy a meal. The ramen noodles were thick and nicely curly, which paired well with the flavorful soup. The broth was satisfying and enjoyable. I was a bit unsure about the fried rice, but the gyoza was decent and complemented the meal well. Overall, a solid spot for ramen with a pleasant atmosphere.

If u r looking for authentic Japanese Ramen, I surely recommend this place. The soup is savory and the noodles are cooked at the perfectly chewy level. Needless to say, the servers are nice and friendly! :)

Tajima on Ingraham never disappoints, and our latest visit was no exception. My wife and I came in hungry and left absolutely thrilled. I went with the traditional tonkotsu — rich, creamy broth with perfectly tender noodles, exactly what a bowl of ramen should be. My wife ordered the vegan ramen and was blown away; she said it was one of the best plant-based bowls she's ever had, full of depth and flavor you wouldn't expect without the meat-based broth. We also ordered the karaage, which was crispy, juicy, and dangerously addictive, and the cucumber salad was a refreshing palate cleanser between bites. We washed everything down with a nigori sake that was smooth and perfectly paired with the meal. Our server Jenny was the cherry on top — warm, attentive, and genuinely knowledgeable about the menu. She made great recommendations and checked in at just the right moments without being intrusive. Service like hers is what turns a great meal into a memorable night out. If you're anywhere near Mission Beach and haven't been to Tajima yet, fix that immediately.

First time at this location but we are no strangers to Tajima. Service was quick ramen was delicious everything came out hot and fresh. This is the fourth location we’ve tried and none have disappointed. Really close to the beach too so perfect for a walk after the food.

Everything was so good from food to service to atmosphere. Jenny and Sam took care of us and they were absolutely wonderful they very attentive , took care of everything and just gave off great vibes. The food was all very good I really liked the wing and the ramen was very flavorful with a good spice to it. Will definitely be back and they had the padres game on couldn’t ask for anything else!
