7-Eleven

Extremely rude. Used the scan and go, showed the cashier my receipt and they would not accept it. Receipt confirmed payment, store number, time, and items. Kept telling me that they do not accept the way I paid and took my items. I was very upset and questioned them. The said there is nothing they can do. They then threatened to call the police. Someone came up to me and said they were the owner and said again there is nothing they could do and they would call the police. I will never go back to that 7/11 again and when I find out what other 7/11 locations are owned by the same person, I will not go there as well. If indeed they did not accept scan and pay, the app should not have allowed me to do so. I have been to other 7-Elevens and if they don't allow it it's not even an option in the app. The money was taken out of my bank account it was a done deal. Their lackluster replies to other comments here shows absolutely no compassion and no solution rather the same canned response. My purchase was only $4, but it's $4 I basically just gave to 7-Eleven for an argument that they were completely in the wrong on. I did contact 7-Eleven customer service and they couldn't refund me rather they gave me points to spend that I will never use. They even gave me bonus points, but that does not suffice. I certainly may have been a little hangry, I was getting Snickers because I had not eaten lunch and you know what they say about Snickers. Still no excuse for the lack of customer service rather they continued with "I can't do anything about it". It wasn't a matter of they can't do anything about it they just wouldn't do anything about it.

It's fine overall. Only have 4 because you can't pay with your phone at the pump. The guy working was pleasant and seemed to really know some of the people that come in a friendly basis which was nice to see

They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist me. Excellent customer service makes all the difference, and Z truly delivered. I really appreciate their effort! Stay away from this place!! There is a problem with the fuel tank, and does not stop when your tank is full. It completely overfilled spraying everywhere. I told the people in the store, and they told me it was my car’s problem not theirs. Ok. Beware!! Not good people.

This was great place for refueling bikes but a car is tough with how it's set up. It's doable if you are in need of gas.
