Where do I even begin?! From the very first sip to the very last bite, this was a dining experience like no other and so much of that credit goes to our server Brandee and manager Georgia. These two are an absolute DYNAMIC DUO. Warm, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they serve. The Blackberry Drop cocktail set the tone immediately stunning presentation and even better flavor. The food was next level. The Seared Scallops were a showstopper, beautifully plated and incredible. The Pan Seared Salmon was so good we ordered it TWICE. And the Chilean Sea Bass? Perfection on a plate. Every dish that came to the table looked like fine art. And just when we thought it couldn't get better the chocolate bread pudding with vanilla ice cream for dessert. The perfect ending. Brandee's recommendations were on point every single time, and Georgia made sure everything was seamless from start to finish. This is what world-class hospitality looks like. 10/10, no notes.

We visited Arlo for Valentine’s Day and chose the prix fixe dinner menu. Overall, the food was excellent and beautifully prepared. Unfortunately, they ran out of the filet mignon and substituted it with ribeye without informing me beforehand, which was disappointing. However, our waiter was incredibly attentive and quickly resolved the issue by switching my entrée to the sea bass, which was absolutely delicious. Despite the initial hiccup, everything we had was flavorful and well executed. We appreciated the attentive service and had an enjoyable evening overall.

We had an excellent experience at Arlo! Our server Anthony knew the menu like the back of his hand. His extensive knowledge was incredible and helped us choose dishes we wouldn’t have otherwise considered. Everything was excellent, especially the wedge salad, sourdough bread, sea bass, and the pork belly! They also have great dessert! We plan to return here on our next trip to San Diego. Anthony’s service made the experience even better. He was the kindest and most attentive server we’ve ever had.

We’re staying at Town and Country and had a fantastic dinner at ARLO. Great service and hospitality from Manager Tyler and Server Brandee, we previously lived in vegas in the resort industry and their care and attention to detail was outstanding, and just nice unpretentious people. Dinner was amazing. For Apps we had the bone marrow, and glazed pork belly (insane, so tender). Entrees had the Chilean sea bass, perfect. Ribeye, and ribs with a crisp wedge salad. Everything was delicious, delivered promptly, unique flavors. We’ll definitely be back our next stay. I keep hearing about the bread so we will come back for that :) - but regardless we were stuffed. Perfect portions for the price. It’s a crazy weekend here at the hotel sold out, but they really took care of us unaffected by how busy it was. Thank you ARLO.

Food was pretty basic, but good all around. Fritto Misto was delightful, Caesar salad is overdressed and we had to send it back to get the dressing on the side. Macaroni and cheese Is what seems like a giant penne (not a choice I would personally make) and instead of being cheesy it was saucy and lacking in flavor. They also got a vacuum raised short rib that was tender and overall had pretty good flavor. The vegetables were nicely all dead day, but tasted a little gassy in turns of whatever contraption they were roasted in. Our server was absolutely delightful, and she was probably the highest rating out of all of this experience. I wish I remembered her name, but she had bright punky red hair. The atmosphere was casual resort chic, The music could not figure itself out. Between the awful remixes, and lounge style covers of non lounge songs, It's worth it to say that we probably won't return clearly based on the fact that the music was terrible. That might seem like a ridiculous reason not to return to a restaurant, but the auditory experience really matters to some people. It's a fine restaurant to go to in a pinch, be prepared to search for parking at the adjacent parking garage is not nearly big enough to house all of the people who are looking for parking especially after 8:00 p.m.
