7-Eleven

Now this 7-Eleven has even less Stars than 2.7, that's real pathetic. I'll make it really simple, short and sweet just like my master except he's so long. Anyways, the 79 sucks for the fact that my Lord and Savior was trying to do the homeless people two to three people around here and one of them was a female and one of them was a male just to give them a sandwich each maybe some mac and cheese, and some guy that looks like he was a manager with a long white shirt and some gray brownish button looking pants decided to not discount my master to be able to have the appropriate funds to allocate to the homeless people and in itself cause him to leave the store out of being aggravated. We will never be coming back to the 7-Eleven as the fact that his time is worth way more than most people in our society realize, GO AMERICA , woo

I will never go to this 7-11 again! And we usually go to A 7-11 at least once a day to buy a Big Gulp or lotto ticket, but yesterday I went to this one and the clerk in there was so rude! She was like a fire-breathing dragon, accusing me of drinking my coffee and refilling it, when all I did was taste my coffee and it was too sweet so I poured some out to add more coffee! She said she was going to charge me 2 cups! Then when I tried to get Big Gulps the sodas were flat. I informed her and she did nothing. She just stood there looking at me. There was another customer who was also going to get a Big Gulp, but left his cup on the counter and left! Luckily, when I checked out she only charged me for 1 coffee refill! But she already lost a customer and she just lost my family’s business! She was so rude that it prompted me to write this review! I usually only write a review to reward good service. You’re so bad it’s unforgettable and remarkable! But no wander they have such a low review. And I will be spreading this experience to take business away from them until they improve!

Probably the worst location of one of my favorite franchises. This location is surrounded with homeless and not the chill type who are present outbound their own business but the ones who follow girls doing drugs openly in the parking lot and bugging customers. Staff does nothing but watch them. One crazy homeless lady ran into the store naked. Knocked over all the displays amd ran into the employee area throwing bottles of soap and cleaner at customers and the staff. Staff just watched. The customers had to get involved and call the cops as the employee didnt do anything. She even started crawling on customers cars and blocking the main door not allowing people to leave and the employee did nothing. Aside from that half their equipment is always broken, run out of basic needs like cups, and their hot food is always days old. I recommend avoiding this location their is a slightly better one a block away.

My transportation takes me here, every morning, because of the location. They are frequently out of the same things, on a daily basis, (coffee, Red Bull flavors, another malfunctioning coffee machine, etc), and when you mention it, there seems to be no real urgency to fix it. The attitude seems to be “you’re going to shop here anyway.. so”? They’ve also had ex employees, try to ban the group that I travel with, from the store, when in reality, they had the incorrect group, and mine did nothing wrong. The touch screen never works properly with my fingers. Ive even tried bringing a stylus. Yet, they get annoyed, whenever I request for them to enter my number, instead, so that I can save my points.

I was a regular here. Always talking to the night shift guys morning guys. Never had an issue that I have my backpack. Now I dont mind leaving my bag up front. But being talked to and treated like a criminal by Guadalupe. When I asked why after grabbing my items. She told me I dont care my shift, if you dont like it dont come back" Very rude and unprofessional when just asking when policy changed because I came in yesterday without a single issue. Maybe its because I was carrying the laundry I just washed because my machines broke? Profiled at its finest. Will not be coming back
