The person who works here at night has a very rude attitude towards a dessert and delivery driver. I went to pick up my order but the man there gave orders to three or four customers before me and when it was my turn to take my order he pointed his finger at me and called me over as if I was his servant. Such a rude person. If you are not making any profit from Door Das and Uber then you should stop accepting orders from Door Das and Uber. and you’re thinking is wrong that Doordash And Uber customers are not your customers. They are nothing else for you.

the clerk shut down store at 5 minutes until 2:00 am - I really wasn't pleased because I was really thirsty and I was actually thinking about buying some alcohol to take home cuz I was having trouble sleeping. The store sign said it was closed until 3:00 a.m. So that means that it was closed for longer than an hour and right before 2am? If you're there last minute like I was, and that's the place you walked blocks to in order to buy some refreshments, snacks plus beer, wine or liquor, its a let down, because there's no way to make it to any other store by 2AM- this is a very popular store especially late at night and to close it for more than an hour is going to piss off many people being that it is a 24hr advertised store and the locals especially have come to depend on this store being opened. I have a hard time believing that the owner would be okay with this! im suggesting maybe 15 minutes every few hours instead of it has to be closed for an hour per shift and never right before 2am????

The rudest store I've ever been to. We all bought multiple items and paid for them, but the staff were beyond rude, raised their voices and kicked us out while we were waiting for our Ubers while it was raining outside. We just had dinner at a nice restaurant next door and wanted to pick up some water. We were well dressed and not causing any troubles or in anyone's way. What a terrible way to treat paying customers. Don't go here even if your life depends on it.

Clerk closes the store almost nighly right before 2am, sometimes as early as 1:30am, until after 3am. Bad for the neighborhood and for business. I'm just trying to get some water and something to eat on my way walking home from work, since this is supposed to be the only place open in the area. But it's always closed. This has been a problem for the whole neighborhood for months. I have worked at 711 in the past at multiple locations, and this would not have been OK at any of them. I took this picture at 1:55am, meaning this guy is closing the store for over an hour if he's not opening back up again until 3:10 like the sign says.

Why is this store always closed during the night shift? Everytime I come at night, the guy has the doors locked with a sign for lunch no matter what time I come, I have never came to this 7-11 at night and it wasn't locked for lunch! He is always taking a long lunch everytime I come her. I sit in my car for 30-45 minutes with a bunch of other people doing the same. They should just close early like the other 7-11's downtown 🤦🏽‍♀️
