It’s not difficult to make sure products have the correct prices on them so when associates ring them up it’s uniform with other locations. I was overcharged by someone who didn’t have an energy in their system so he used a generic upc code and charged me $4.89 for one energy drink that’s usually 3.49 or max 3.69. It’s not a matter of how much money it is but the simple principle of doing your job because I worked retail and if weights and measures comes into a store and your prices aren’t accurate with you system you can be fined. So i just think it’s in poor taste when your job is very easy to be a retail clerk at a 7-11. Busy yes, but easy. Be better at jobs.

This my spotlight go to add money on my cards. The guy in there he's always cool to chit chat with we always make each other laugh that's my homeboy from another neighborhood. Real laid back cat always pleasant when I go in there that's why I keep going back. He's always helpful and respectful. I love all the 7-Elevens. Them on my peeps.

These guys are not open 24hours. I’m outside the store right now it’s 2:26am and they are closed. No sign saying it’s closed or nothing. Employee inside looked at me and lacked like he was fixing items

I went to this location 3515 University Ave around 12:30 am last night after work. I grabbed a 2 liter soda went to pay gave the store clerk cash and he steps to the side and grabs an EBT card and proceeds to reach over the counter and scan an EBT card to pay for the soda as I'm watching this I'm in disbelief the nerve of someone using whoever EBT card to pay for a customer's purchase and gives me my change. People like this that take advantage of food stamps should be held accountable. This was definitely my last visit to this location.

Genuinely I will always leave reviews , along with balancing of positive and negatives! However this individual . I remember when he was a a part time employee ! He would tell me to remain humble and the man above will bless ! The fact he interacts with everyone of his customers as well have balance ! We know life is hard but he does understand that we are all people some just need a warm bite ! Along with encouragement congrats on being the manger they definitely will begin to see your compassion and dedication!
