First time visiting, and I came with a friend around 7 PM on a Tuesday. Parking in the area was a bit uncomfortable due to the large number of homeless individuals nearby, and there was a strong odor on the street while walking in, which immediately took away from the experience. Unfortunately, with the restaurant keeping many of the windows open, those smells carried inside as well, making it hard to fully relax and enjoy a meal. The restaurant itself was also very cold, so we had to move around to find seating away from the open windows. That said, once we settled in, the food itself was actually good. I ordered the black bean burger, and my friend ordered a “naked” cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce. We both enjoyed our meals. The fries are ordered separately, so both got a large order to share. The portion size was generous—almost extra-large—and the price was very reasonable. We ordered the garlic fries with truffle Parmesan cheese shredded topping, and they were definitely a highlight. Overall, the food and value were solid, and I would recommend it to first-time guests who want to try it out. Personally, due to the atmosphere and overall comfort of the location, I don’t think I’ll be returning—but I’m glad I gave it a chance.
View on Google ↗We ordered a variety of foods, like the burger, the club sandwich, grilled cheese, pretzel sticks, and tater tots as well as two cocktails. Service took over an hour to get our orders, and we had to flag down the waiter. My husband's order and drink were forgotten, and he had to ask for them even later. His cocktail was miniscule, and sandwich lackluster. My own basic burger was underwhelming and dry. To end on a positive note, I did enjoy the outdoor seating vibes (aside from somebody vaping next to our table of kids). The tater tots? Perfection. The grilled cheese? Crisp buttery crust and gooey cheese. My kids enjoyed their meal, and I enjoyed sampling theirs. I also enjoyed my Manhattan.
View on Google ↗Awesome, cozy place with nice and ample outdoor seating. Has a generally friendly neighborhood vibe. The parking is a little scarce but the food is TOTALLY worth it! The pictures are from my second visit - Cheeseburger with bacon - their bacon is love! - accompanied by garlic tater tots. Amazing, flavorful burger, AMAZING bacon and the tots are perfect! Definitely recommend if you're in the area or hankering for a good burger and fries/tots! There is a bar area "inside" as well but I didn't order any drinks so cannot comment on the quality/taste. There are also "water stations" with clean cups and ice cold water at your disposal with a hand washing sink which was really nice. They even provided doggy bowls should you be in need!k
View on Google ↗If you’re looking for a laid back, friendly atmosphere to grab a beer, burger, and fries check out Station Tavern on Fern Street in South Park, San Diego, CA. They have a variety of burgers. I had the special which was an herbed patty with goat cheese on top. It was delicious. The burger was juicy and not overcooked. Two others in my party had cheeseburgers with pepper jack cheese. We also shared a large order of fries with cilantro lime sauce. The service was very friendly and king. They have indoor and patio seating. They had the Masters playing on a TV
View on Google ↗I love their burgers!! So juicy, sometimes I don't even need ketchup because the flavor of the patty is just 🤌🏽 About $20 to $30 spent if you end up buying a few drinks with your meal.
