Just came to this store in North Park on University Ave. & Texas St and asked for the deal on the sign. I was told by the young lady that it only applied if I buy three of them. I explained to her that is not true because the sign says "Buy one Get one FREE", Am I mistaken or did my reading skills go down? Cause it clearly d what I told her correct? Now she just removed the sign making it unavailable to anyone. That was not cool I come here all the time and it's not her fault but the managers must be aware of what they are advertising.

He said there is no order here for you. We argued for a bit and I said I ordered: 1 banana, 2 bags of barbque potato chips and a pint of Ben and Jerry's Ice cream. I asked him to look in the bag to let me know what was in it. He said 1 banana and 2 bags of barbque potato chips! I said well that must be my order that I am showing you here on my phone app. (I assumed the ice cream would not be added until actual pick up) He said NO, that is for another customer. He got the manager. We went through the same scenario again. They still would not give me the bag with MY order in it. I said if you can show me the order that you are saying another customer ordered the exact same items at the exact same time, I will walk away. Of course he couldn't do it. I have read on reddit that 7-11 employees are filling the door dash orders and then telling customers they they have been cancelled? Are they keeping it for themselves? I was quite frustrated and learned a lesson to NEVER GO TO THIS 7-11 Location again. I hope that management will look into this and keep this from happening to future customers.
View on Google ↗My neighborhood 7-11 love the owners and employees. Place is always clean and tidy. They take pride in that. Only issue here is the sometimes homeless people that come by. They do their best to get rid of them but I’m sure it’s an never ending battle.
View on Google ↗They illegally charge 15 cents for a plastic bag. Per San diego law/ordinance they can only charge $.10 a bag. I have reported them and I hope other consumers report them to the city. They’re literally breaking the law and using the bag tax as a way to profit! I’ll never shop here again.
View on Google ↗Some of the employees are rude.... (female) Ready to go items looks like they are a day or two old. Hot dog condiments looks like they need to be replenished and sterilized. Soda fountain nozzles dispensers needs to be sanitized every day ....need I say more. Not worried about homeless but the inside of the store QUALITY IS IMPORTANT IF THEY ARE CHARGING HIGH PRICES!!!!!...Needs attention! That is where your profits come in.Coffee stations should be sanitized! Stop serving 5 hr old hot foods for $20.00. Please ..take QUALITY CONTROL of your product especially when these new developments housing around you are arriving $$$.This is a convient store!!! Employee female rude not knowledgeable about somethings. Can't comprehend what is being said! The owner needs to step it up a bit!!
