I have been shopping at this 7 11 since 2009 since I live nearby. I like the fact that it's open 24 hours a day but IMO it has gone downhill as 1) Their prices are high, you can get much better deals on Food at Grocery Outlet on West Point Loma 2) They used to provide garbage cans and empty them on a regular basis which was good, because the to go food they sell like hot dogs, pizza etc comes in disposable containers which quite often are thrown out near the store after the food is consumed. They no longer have the garbage cans so the garbage cans they city provides often overflow and it is nasty. It's still a good place to buy lottery tickets, though!

View on Google ↗I come in here at least a couple times a week Gurineet Singh is always very helpful and polite. He makes sure to tell me about the deals I can get from using my rewards from the app.
View on Google ↗I would like to make a formal complaint about your completely incompetent employee Adriana. The way I was just treated in the store because she has to clean up a small mess that is her job and she yells at me for not doing her job. She forced me to get napkins and clean up my own area? I'm sorry why is she working at this seven eleven? She works in customer service it is not my fault the cups for drinks are consistently misplaced. She even took a step further to insult my mother. I would like to speak to the manager as soon as possible about this as this is the worst most incompetent treatment by an employee working in customer service. I've worked in customer service for years and would never treat someone the way she inhumanely treated me. I expect to hear from the manager asap or else I will be bringing this matter to a person in a higher position at the corporation. Her name is Adriana- she is the rudest and most ethically inappropriate person I have spoken to EVER that works as a customer service employee. I will be needing to get in contact with the manager and like I said it if I can't I will go up to someone higher than the manager till this atrocity is addressed. Also, if you read this Adriana don’t ever insult my mother that is sick and you deserve to be fired for that.
View on Google ↗I purchased a microwavable sandwich at this 7-11. The microwave was so filthy I could not use it. The whole store was dirty really but it was really late/early and nothing else was open. I attempted to return the sandwich and was told they do not do refunds on items purchased with EBT. A customer chimed in to say it was fraud. The clerk and customer talked about it like I wasn't there for a bit. They went on about how you can't get cash back for EBT. I never asked for cash back. I asked for a refund. Which I then chimed in on their rude conversation to express and asked for one again. With the sandwich and receipt in my hand. He then flat out refused to do it citing it was illegal to do a refund on EBT purchased items. I was confused because... 1. That isn't true. 2. I have definitely had benefits refunded to my card. He (the clerk) went on discussing it with other ppl in the store as though he needed support and I was asking for something outrageous. He said I could talk to whoever came in after him. Didn't want a scene so I went to my car. As I sat in the parking lot looking for the corporate number, he discussed my upset with some lady in line while the store door was open allowing me to hear him giving her a good laugh. So, am I to be ashamed I used EBT or that I wanted a refund? Because I'm ashamed of neither but embarrassed for 7-11 and disgusted by the rudeness. Who conducts business this way???
