7-Eleven

Heavy set bald man working on 9/6 at 5pm was so rude to me and fellow customers. I never leave bad reviews, but I was shocked at the level of animosity for just asking basic question. Wanted some original Zyns which I made the mistake of saying “regular.” He says “I only got smooth and original” okay so can I have those” he responds “you want to finish up (paying) first.” I’m thinking no I want what I asked for since he handed me smooth tin. The guy asking for a Lotto he just was short and said “out!” Then says “there’s two signs one here and one the door” like we could see them. Anyway management should get a different guy because he’s pushing customers away. I understand it can be stressful working by yourself, but management should know I’m avoiding this store and taking my business elsewhere. This was very disappointing even for a 7/11.

WORST. 7-ELEVEN. EVER. Don't know who is supposed to work here but they chained the doors closed with a dozen people waiting outside. So much for "Open 24 hours"

Store does not honor 7/11 prices or programs. Manager was nasty and told me don’t come back. Drinks are advertised at 1.00 everywhere right now. 2.00 here. Not cool. Not cool to be talked down to by the manager. Go anywhere else. Make your visit count somewhere that isn’t so rude!!

I have been going to this 7 eleven for 45 years since I was a kid. The employees have always been friendly, courteous and helpful. UNTIL TONIGHT!!!! At 7:35 pm tonight 12/09/2023 I was was treated extremely rudely. I walked up to the door and the guy turned around and glared at me and told me very rudely that he was closed for 5 minutes. I said "you're closed?" and then he yelled at me. "CLOSED FOR 5 MINUTES!!!!!" I waited 10 minutes but he never opened. Very strange.

The man that was working behind the counter was so rude and was yelling at me because I gave him a ticket that was not a winner and and one that was out of date I didn't know or do it on purpose he made me feel imbarest. And would not finish helping me I also was buying other items. I couldn't beleave how he was acting I picked up the other two tickets and my money and walked out and went to another store to buy my items and cash my ticket and he said one of my tickets was all ready cashed in so the employee never payed me for it and would not finish just telling me I have to wait for him to ring everyone in the store making me wait leaving me stand there until he was good and ready if h he had no right holding on to the money for the ticket
