Sauced Pizzeria

We stopped in after seeing a raving review on San Diego vegans on fb. We got lucky and because we came at the start of lunch we got a very private meal and some one on one time with the owner. We ordered the vegan cheesy bread, vegan meatballs, and vegan fettuccine Alfredo. Everything was delicious!!! The restaurant and the bathrooms were very clean. This was a 12/10 experience and I would definitely recommend to any fellow vegans. Alfredo sauce is really difficult to perfect vegan and they totally nailed it.

Food and service were excellent, would definitely return on future visits. Meatballs and pizza are both great choices and cant go wrong with both. Staff were very friendly and helpful from start to finish.

Tonight we got SAUCED and it’s soooo good!! I love the Jalapeño Garlic Bread. The pizza is delicious with quality ingredients and super yummy crust. Christina, the owner is just amazingly sweet and hospitable. We’ve only dined in once and had a great time but normally do take out. They even have a rewards system on their website for free items and today we got a free pizza. Highly recommend.

This is a true PB gem! A small business that punches well above their weight, you can see it in all the little details such as the handwritten slogans on their pizza boxes and the self deprecating humor on the street signs. I'm not often delighted by pizza, but I gotta say they hit all the right notes on the large supreme: even topping distribution; perfect ratio of delicious sauce, cheese, and toppings that seem to cover the whole pizza but don't weigh down the thin crust, which is baked just long enough to support the whole thing and provide you that crisp char at the end of the slice. Delicious dough and can't wait to try their famed breadsticks the next time we visit! Great PB ambiance and wonderful service - you can tell the owner is the heart and soul of Sauced Pizzeria!

Our favorite pizza place! We love the breadsticks with meat sauce and every pizza is a 10/10. Plus extra points for the great customer service :-)
