7-Eleven

The owner Singh made everyone uncomfortable. We love 711 in Hawaii why he have to be so weird. He made all female customers ask if they were sexy etc weird!!! Hate it

The night shift at this 7-Eleven is extremely disappointing. The employee was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. Instead of approaching and calmly explaining the situation, he spoke from a distance in an irritated and aggressive tone, as if the customer had done something wrong. What’s especially frustrating is that they charged money even for plain hot water poured into my own bottle — no store cup used, no supplies wasted. And this was only mentioned at the exit, in an accusatory manner. This location feels focused on squeezing every possible dollar from customers rather than providing basic respect or service. It’s disappointing that the store owner allows such behavior and employs staff who don’t know how to communicate properly with customers. This level of service is embarrassing for the 7-Eleven brand and is a clear reason not to return.

Have been asking for almost a year now when the Powerade would be fixed on the soda machine and they say it will be soon and hasn’t. Management should be able to fix something so simple but hasn’t. Very disappointed because it’s in a great spot

This is the only 7-11 I shop at in PB. Everyone is so nice and polite. No homeless bumming change as well, what a treat.

They were out of regular coffee. The employee was rude when telling me I had to use the automated coffee machine. Then when I was trying to use the machine to make a coffee he came over and told me I couldn't make the cup of coffee how I wanted to. So I gave up and left without any coffee, and he made sure to give me more attitude. I hope he wasn't the manager or owner because he had terrible customer service and terrible business sense.
