Excellent small town restaurant here in Golden Hill, San Diego. Came here to visit our daughter and have lunch with everyone here at the Counter Point because it's very close by and we're hungry. The restaurant is very open with patio seating by the sidewalk. Very nice and cozy. Service is good food is good. You just can't go wrong here. We really have a great and relaxing time. Parking is on the street. A little tough to find a spot, you just have to be patient. I think most people just walk here because it's a neighborhood place.

The staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this restaurant for smaller friend groups or if you're coming solo. The restaurant isn't overwhelming large which gives it a cozier atmosphere. It's located in a residential neighborhood with plenty of free street parking. 10/10!

Such a great spot in Golden Hill! We sat right at the bar and was greeted immediately and with smiles. Ate brunch before heading out for Sunday Football. Everything was so good and the portions were pretty large. Left full and happy. Definitely a must when hanging out in San Diego’s Golden Hill neighborhood!

Food was always great here, but did they hire a new chef or something? Cus the food now is on a whole other level of excellent. Huge fan of their kale salad. I haven't even mentioned the drinks: absolutely tasty. Do yourself a favor, skip the beer and wine and go straight for their original cocktails, ask for the one with matcha. Everything is made in house! The staff is incredible! They become family very quickly! They welcome you with open arms every visit and you couldn’t ask for a better local bar experience.
