We started our Mother’s Day celebration with a bowling night, and honestly it reminded me how much I used to love bowling when I was younger. It’s one of those activities that feels competitive and playful at the same time — relaxed, fun, and surprisingly great for spending quality time together. We stayed for about an hour and a half, and with four people we were able to play around three and a half games, which felt like the perfect amount of time. The lanes were very well maintained and felt fairly new, and the staff was incredibly attentive throughout the night. Every time we needed help, someone came over quickly, and everyone was patient and friendly. The whole atmosphere felt welcoming and easygoing without being overly crowded or stressful. Overall, such a fun and low-pressure experience for families or friends. Definitely somewhere we’d love to come back to more often.

Love coming here and hanging out with friends and family. Bowling lanes are lit up and they have arcades and 2 pool tables. Beer here is great and the customer service is A1 . Thanks to all the staff for always taking care of us and making us feel right at home. Also this place is great for pros and beginners alike. Cheers.!!

First impression…it’s old and dingy looking but hey, it’s a bowling alley. There aren’t many around town and I’m just glad they decided to keep Mira Mesa Lanes under new ownership and not tear it down during COVID. We came on a holiday and it was busy with half the place booked up for league and the other half for the public. Cost $35 an hour plus $6 each for shoe rentals. Limited to 6 players per lane. No reservations, first come first serve. The wait wasn’t too long if you catch it on the hour. My only complaint would be the lack of seating per lane. If both lanes are occupied, you get 3 chairs per lane. The rest would have to be at the bar stool behind the lane. No outside food or drinks allowed as they want you to purchase from them. There’s an arcade, bar, and pro shop.

Was at a tournament today, why didn't they save extra lanes for break downs. It took was two hours to finish 1 game with 6 people on the lane. It was ridiculous. Love the Bowling tournament but these lanes are horrible. Last time we were here the same thing happened. We figured we would give them another shot. NO BUENO! Staff is wonderful. Hard to say if we are coming back.

The employees do a great job help out even if they are a bit busy. They say they have 44 lanes. Seems like 10 lanes are down or atleast look like it. Then there is reserved lanes which are reserved but no one showed up for the hour and a half. Thats a waste of time. I waited an hour and a half simply to get 2 lanes. In total paid 90 dollars since you have do a mandatory 2 lanes. Shoes are 6 bucks. So not terrible. If someone as in a child throws a ball in your lane before you start for the lanes you got. It starts your clock down. They didn't reset our time and we lost 10 minutes. So all in all an ok experience.
