Rubio's Coastal Grill

Had lunch at Rubio's Coastal Grill earlier this week and came away pretty happy with the experience. The fish tacos were fresh, flavorful, and didn't feel overly heavy. The staff was friendly and got our order out quicker than I expected, even though it was fairly busy. The dining area was clean and had a relaxed vibe that made it easy to enjoy the meal. Prices seemed reasonable for the quality of the food. Not every item was perfect, but overall it was a solid meal and I'd definitely come back when I'm craving seafood tacos again.

Went here with a couple friends because we were craving something with a real kick, and this place definitely delivered. The food had a lot of flavor, not just heat for the sake of being spicy. I ordered the spicy chicken dish and it was honestly hotter than I expected, but still really good. Service was friendly and our food came out pretty quick. The restaurant itself isn't fancy, but it felt comfortable and clean. If you enjoy spicy food and don't mind breaking a little sweat while eating, this spot is worth checking out. I'd probly come back and try some of the other menu items.

Rubio’s on Clairemont Mesa Blvd in San Diego had some standout flavors. The rainbow shrimp salad and tacos had a delicious pineapple twist in the sauce that really worked. The chicken soup was well balanced and the shrimp tacos hit the mark. Friendly service too.

This innovation kitchen is unique and has items not found in other Rubio’s. Also, they were very accommodating for our fundraiser and easy delivered food despite the rush of people.

What a great experience the store was very clean the staff was super friendly and helpful they made sure I got exactly what I was craving for my snack before the long drive home after work the ingredients were very fresh and tasted very great. Expectations met! I will definitely be back while I'm in the area, and I would suggest stopping by. Thank you, Rubio, for doing such a great job. Keep it up
