Sear and Stem Kitchen and Bar

So happy this place is finally open. I work right across the street in the office buildings and have been following along for the past year. They exceeded all my expectations. First off the interior is beautiful - you can grab & go but it also doubles as a gorgeous sit down place. The Customer Service was super friendly, and the gentleman did a great job explaining how it works and which sides costed extra. I opted to build my own bowl and all of the flavors paired well together with nothing overpowering. For a filling bowl with so many fresh and organic ingredients, I was pleasantly surprised with the cost. Everything tasted so fresh and was seasoned so well. A lot of build their own bowl places I go to have very stale toppings that have been sitting for a hours, but everything here was perfect. The fresh pressed juice was also a delight. I give this place a 10 out of 10. My new go to a spot in downtown. Also enjoyed a nice coffee and gelato next door at the new coffee shop called Gioia Vita.

We flew in from ATL and looked for a healthy lunch spot and this nailed it! Everything was flavorful and delicious! Set up similar to Cava, but different options! The interior was lovely and fresh and well thought out. Sam was the MOST kind and personable human! Their grand opening is this Saturday! Wish we could be there to celebrate, bc they really have something great going!

Double F. FLAVORFUL AND FRESH! I got the lemon-garlic chicken bowl and everything is well seasoned the flavors are balanced and everything complements the other! I can tell the food is prepared by hands that CARE about the art if crafting food! The server was very polite and welcoming and the atmosphere is bright! Will definitely come back!

I’ve been anticipating the opening of this establishment since constructions started. Today my dream came true and I have truly enjoyed the exceptional service from the entire team. Sam, Heather and Maria were a such a delight. And the food-oh my goodness! I made a custom bowl including their wild caught salmon, tabbouleh salad, mushrooms and a few other fresh toppings and house made sauces. Their fresh made juice is extraordinary and refreshing, the Berry Melody is a must try! I urge you to stop by and visit this wonderfully crafted Mediterranean modern American style kitchen and bar. 10/10 I highly recommend!

Tried this place for the first time today and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Great food, quick service, and everyone working there was super friendly. You can tell they care about the quality and the customer experience. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.
