The menu was very easy to understand, which made ordering simple. I liked that you can choose your own sides to customize your meal. Ordering is done through a self-service machine, which was quick and convenient. I ordered the steak set. The clam chowder was a bit on the salty side for my taste. I also noticed some desserts like carrot cake displayed near the register, and they looked really tempting.
Sergio made the experience even very memorable. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and offered an excellent recommendation that turned out to be spot on. His warm personality, genuine hospitality, and welcoming smile made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. The ribs were nothing short of extraordinary. Perfectly slow-cooked, they were fall-off-the-bone tender while still maintaining just the right amount of texture. The seasoning was expertly layered, allowing the natural richness of the meat to shine, while the sauce struck a flawless balance of smoky, sweet, and tangy flavors without overpowering the dish. Every bite was succulent, deeply satisfying, and showcased exceptional attention to detail. This wasn’t just a great plate of ribs—it was a memorable dining experience that sets a remarkably high standard.
