Stopped into Village Pizzeria while wandering around Coronado and was glad we did. It's a local spot serving up East Coast style pizza, hoagies, pastas, and salads since 200, and considering you're basically a block from the Hotel Del and the beach, the prices are surprisingly fair for the location. The slices are huge, the crust is solid, and the happy hour deal is worth showing up early for. We grabbed a couple of slices and some wings — wings were big and crispy, pizza hit the spot. Service was friendly and quick, and the patio seating makes it a nice spot to chill after a beach day. It's not fancy and the atmosphere is pretty casual, but that's part of the charm — it feels like a real local pizza joint, not a tourist trap charging Coronado prices. A couple of family-sized pizzas can easily feed a group with leftovers, which adds to the value. If you're in Coronado and want a no-fuss meal that won't break the bank, this is a solid pick.

Stumbled upon this spot while walking around Coronado during December month, very busy crowds for sure. We got the garlic knots and small Napoli pizza. The knots were a little raw on the inside, and cooked on the outside, the marinara made it much better in my opinion. The pizza was nothing special, not salty enough, but the dough was pretty good. Overall not too bad for the price, and service was very fast considering it was super busy. Staff was very cool and would come again to try other items off the menu.

Nice spot for a pie. Coronado is a beautiful place, and there's plenty of shops to visit right around this pizzeria. Parking was kind of a pain to find, but the food, service and friendliness of the staff was worth it. We got the 28" pizza and it was more than enough for 8 of us, the sauce was good and the crust was thick yet flakey and soft. We got the garlic knots also, I thought they were just ok, I wish they were more buttery and soft, but they did the job. Feeding 8 people for $99, I'd do it again.

Good food! They have 12", 18", and 28" pizza. The 28" pizza is huge! We had a party of 3 and we barely ate half of it. The works is definitely worth a try!

amazing tasting pizza, probably top 5 in san diego in my opinion. Whitestone is definitely top. You also have the og Pepperoni/Cheese that's always good. Amazing and friendly staff as well. Ryan is highly professional who has helped our group place orders, decide what to get, also with top recommendations numerous times after the beach! Autumn was very accommodating when it came to exploring other options when they were sold out of the pizza of the month. We come here every couple of weeks and will continue to do so!
