We had a lovely brunch experience here. The food was simple but well done—crispy bacon, fresh fruit, and deviled eggs that were flavorful and satisfying. The atmosphere was a big highlight. We had a table right by the ocean, and it was quiet when we went, which made it feel relaxed and almost private. We really appreciated that we weren’t seated right next to other parties. We sat downstairs, but they also have an upstairs area with ocean views, which looked great as well. I’m gluten-free, so my options were a bit limited, but what I could eat was very good and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, it was a peaceful, scenic spot for brunch, especially if you’re looking to enjoy the ocean without a crowded or noisy setting.

Shorebird in Seaport Village is easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in San Diego. The location alone is unbeatable—right on the water with a stunning sunset view that makes the whole meal feel special. The food was absolutely delicious, with great quality and flavor in every dish. You can really tell they care about what they’re serving. The service was just as impressive—friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout the entire visit. I also have to mention how comfortable the seating is, which made it easy to relax and fully enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. Between the amazing views, excellent service, and fantastic food, this place is a must-try if you’re in the Seaport Village area. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very Beautiful bay view Resturant. Very relaxing. Great meal! I like that the mushroom, vine ripe tomato omelette had the fresh tomatoes in a salad garnish. It had several kinds of mushrooms and a lot of cheese! And fresh berry jam for sourdough toast.

Notably unbeatable views! Always a good spot to go to when you're in Seaport - whether you're dining or just grabbing drinks. We stopped in for a drink and appetizer. The sangria was very refreshing on a hot day. Not overpowering or too sweet. The crab cakes were delicious - very fresh. And the views? Of course, always lovely. Johnny was a great server!

Absolutely beautiful view as we were seated by the window. We arrived with no reservation but they let us have a table before their reservation came in; great customer service! We started off with the Salmon Belly Nigiri which was excellent, especially having been stationed in Japan for 8+ years this was a great cut of fatty salmon. The Buffalo Onion Rings were delightfully delicious as the breading was cooked well; it did not fall apart as I took each bite. The buffalo sauce was a great touch along with the bleu cheese crumbles. Just make sure you eat it quick as the onion rings sit in the sauce, given it took a bit before it started to get soggy. The fish & chips were extremely crispy and the fries perfectly seasoned. The grilled lemon gave it the smokiness flavor and went extremely well with the fish. The Alaskan cod was not fishy whatsoever, a great entree. For all the mushroom lovers, I am guilty for being one myself we’re perfectly caramelized atop the Chilean Seabass dish. The risotto was creamy and light, and the fish freshly cooked. A great place for the family or a date night. I would definitely go again!
